“Voices of Appalachia: A Student Podcast” will be a place based podcast series developed to foster a relationship between the present (students) and the past (community members), highlighting the educational prowess of the advanced learners of the district, as well as producing a product that provides insight and perspective to the positive cultural differences that create successful Appalachian communities. This will be a resource used to overcome stereotypes and bridge the gap between the past and present in an authentic manner.
